Sugar is another acne causing food. Different foods like sugary sodas, cakes, cookies, chocolates, are rich in sugar content. Various sugary foods cause acne by raising insulin levels in the blood. So, in order to avoid acne you must avoid these foods and always try to eat properly prepared, healthy food if you really want to get rid of your acne.

Most cases of acne can be treated with a pore cleanser. People with severly acne prone skin should use a dermatologist product in place of their normal shampoo, conditioner and shave cream.

The most important first step in treating acne is to carefully watch your diet. By controlling the type of foods you eat, you can help prevent the conditions which cause acne.
